refund + make up policy

FOR CLAY OFFERINGS:

refunds —

all private event, one time class, workshop, and membership sales are final.

8 week students may request a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) up to 21 days before your session begins, after which your sale is final.

we do not issue pro-rated refunds for missed classes. we do not sell half sessions.

make ups —

make up classes within 8 week sessions are available.

should you miss a class without alerting the studio within 24 hours of your misses class, you will not receive a make up class. make up classes are only available if you are in communication with the studio before the missed class. students are only guaranteed one make up class per session unless otherwise discussed before enrollment. all make up classes must be completed during standard studio operating hours and before the final week of your session.

FOR METAL OFFERINGS:

all metalsmith class sales are final.

with these offerings being so limited, it’s nearly impossible to accommodate make-ups. please only sign up for a class if you are sure you’re able to attend all classes in the session.
