a class designed for making and gifting!
week 1 - design + create our coasters (or flat ornaments) out of clay! we’ll play with shapes and surface designs, and you can go as weirdo or as basic as you want.
week 2 - we’ll glaze our work, adding color and final design elements!
week 3 - we’ll glue felt feet onto our coasters and add beautiful strings to our ornaments. then, we’ll wrap them up! the studio will provide brown paper, string, and decorative materials.
each student can plan to leave class with 16 ornaments OR 4 sets of 4 coasters OR some combination of the two — all wrapped and ready to gift!
