Our studio is equipped with a basic introductory setup that will allow you to solder brass, copper, and silver to create your own jewelry. if you’ve taken our classes before you’ll have full access to what we used in class.
tools provided:
soldering block, pik, tweezers, torch & gas, flux, third hand, pickle pot.
various hammers, files, sandpaper, pliers, calipers, jeweler’s saws, shears and snips.
metal stamping setup with a few font options, random design stamps, and a circle disc cutter.
dremel & various bits for polishing and adding texture.
ring mandrels and sizing tools.

to fully participate in the workshop, please anticipate bringing a K95 mask for dust when polishing, safety goggles (or prescription/blue light glasses), and a hair tie if you have long hair, closed-toe shoes and well fitting clothing that you don't mind getting dirty are also recommended.

It’s required that students bring their own metal. you can purchase it from RioGrande here. another great local resource is seattlefindings.com - use the code of12 for 10% off exclusively for our students.
limited silver options can be purchased directly from carolina at the studio. (cash, zelle, venmo, cashapp)

The studio is located at 4800 Airport Way S.
Be careful not to park in the numbered spots in the lot. You may be towed - and not by us! There is street parking across the street and down the road on s alaska street, right past the fedex, which is where we'd recommend parking.
You'll want to enter through door #1, walk through the doors to the left, then up the stairs to the right! Class will be held in our loft. We have a small space, so it's pretty easy to navigate :)
